Procurement FAQs

We’re gearing up for our 5th annual school auction, Sail the Open SEAS on March 7, 2026, and we need your help! We’re seeking exciting items to auction off—think fun experiences, unique gifts, and creative contributions.

Whether it’s a vacation home, an unforgettable dining experience, airline miles, premium wine, sporting event tickets (Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State Sun Devils, Diamondbacks, Cardinals, Suns, Roadrunners, etc.), concert tickets, other event tickets (Broadway in Tucson, Gaslight Theatre, Ballet Tucson, Tucson Symphony, etc.), cash ($50 minimum donation suggested), or a fun outing, every item helps us raise funds for our amazing Pre-K through 8th grade students.
